IntelliSite allows you to manage your telephone messages in real-time and make changes to your on call schedule at the drop of a hat. This frees up your time to focus on other time sensitive matters.
Read messages are archived for up to 6 months, allowing you access to prior messages. Within the IntelliSite, users can view, print, email, and file messages on their own, eliminating the need to call BES to retrieve messages. Archived messages can be searched by sender name and date, allowing you complete control over your business management. Information from these messages can then be easily entered into your CRM software!
On Call Scheduling
Real time on call schedule changes are a great solution for clients who need to make frequent changes to their on call schedule or for clients with larger practices. We can program any number of schedules for you, with an unlimited number of on call staff! We can also change your schedule or staff as needed, allowing your account to grow as your company does!
