How Do I Set Internet Explorer Intellisite Compatibility?

For our clients having difficulty programming IntelliSite to work in Internet Explorer, the following instructions should enable it to work correctly:
  1. Live Answering Service Internet Explorer IntelliSite SettingsOpen Internet Explorer.
  2. Click ‘Tools’ in the upper left hand corner of your screen under the address bar.
  3. Click ‘Compatibility View Settings’.
  4. Erase anything in the field labeled ‘Add this website’.
  5. Enter ‘’ and click ‘Add’.
  6. Enter ‘’ and click ‘Add’.
  7. Click ‘Close’.
